Spotted: Mercedes pulling off a J-Hud

Overheard today at New Directions rehearsals: Glee resident belter Mercedes Jones (pictured) performing the J-Hud rendition of “And I Am Telling You I’m Not Going”. We hear the glee kids (sans Schueman) are finalizing their setlist for sectionals. Will the J-Hud number get counted as the group’s solo ballad piece?

“It’s a possibility,” Artie Abrams tells TMS. “But we can’t really say anything about that now, but, you know, you’ll see if we chose that song when we perform at sectionals.”
